It's been over a month since Bheki Makhubu and Thulani Maseko were first arrested. Makhubu, Editor-in-Chief of The Nation magazine and Maseko, a prominent human rights lawyer, were detained and charged with contempt of court after publishing two separate articles that criticised Swaziland's judiciary in the February 2014 issue of The Nation.
Today - after weeks of being detained and released numerous times - the trial of the two outspoken government critics resumed, presided over by one of the very judges that their articles denounced.
