Tunisia: Revolution Martyrs Case - Marzouki Recommends Referring Case to Court of Cassation

Carthage, — Caretaker President Moncef Marzouki recommended referring the verdicts pronounced, on April 12, by the Military Court of Appeal in the cases of martyrs of the Revolution to the Court of Cassation and ruling on them as soon as possible.

Marzouki made these remarks as he conferred, Tuesday in the Palace of Carthage, with National Defense Minister Ghazi Jeribi in the wake of the verdicts and the reactions they caused, a press release of the Presidency of the Republic reads.
