Mozambique: CPLP Science Ministers Draw Up Strategic Plan

Maputo — Mozambique's Minister of Science and Technology, Luis Pelembe, has told reporters that, when Mozambique hands over the chairmanship of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Communities (CPLP) to East Timor later this year, it will be along with a strategic plan for multilateral cooperation to be approved on Tuesday.
