Opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) has warned President Michael Sata to arrest its leader Hakainde Hichilema at his own peril following orders to the police in view of the violence in Livingstone.
There are about 12 UPND leaders including campaign manager Garry Nkombo and other Members of Parliament arrested last evening in Livingstone after a suspected Patriotic Front cadre died during clashes instigated by the ruling party.
